As one of Australia's largest owner, developer and manager of industrial and business space, Goodman's objective is to retain their position and deliver high quality space to the market.

Our role:

Our role is to ensure that Goodman realises the potential of its portfolio or amend its commercial arrangements by efficiently documenting and finalising lease transactions. In conducting our work we work hand in hand with Goodman's asset management team. We liaise directly with the client's portfolio, assets and property managers together with internal legal counsel.


For in excess of 10 years, we have acted on leasing matters for this landlord. We advise on all aspects of leasing, providing timely, commercial and cost effective documentation and advice across a high volume of work. This advice runs from the drafting of initial documentation to finalising matters.

Goodman's customers include a variety of global organisations and household names with whom we need to negotiate and liaise. These include DHL, Metcash, Wesfarmers (Coles and Bunnings), Masters Home Improvement and Toll IPEC, all of whom are particularly sophisticated in their property requirements. This results  in us having to  negotiate and complete leases in detail and ensure advice is commercial.
