Senior Associate

Belinda is a Senior Associate who works predominantly in the Charities and Not-For-Profit sector. 

She acts for churches, educational organisations, aged care facilities, charities, commercial clients as well as private clients with a particular focus on advising charities and not-for-profits about their commercial and property transactions. Belinda has handled a range of property transactions from the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties, property development and commercial leasing. She also has experience in a broad range of commercial legal work including the acquisition and disposal of businesses and drafting commercial licences and agreements.

Belinda has also over 6 years' experience in intellectual property law matters such as copyright and trademarks and privacy law.  She also provides advice in relation to legislative changes and requirements that affect different types of charities and not-for-profit organisations, as well as for commercial clients.
